Today we are going to talk about something that most EC business entrepreneurs and managers need to do most but seem to always avoid… delegating. The, “I can do it better and easier myself,” attitude gets you nowhere fast. Things can get hard at times. It can feel overwhelming with so much work, and sometimes you have to get scrappy, push yourself, and do things that you don’t like doing. Like, ask for help!
We will discuss how to find the key activities only you can do or should be doing, you should filter your remaining tasks through 4 zones. By doing so you’ll see exactly what tasks need to be delegated off your list. We will go over the 6 steps taken to delegate properly.

And as a leader, whenever you delegate a task, you need to make it clear what level of authority you are conferring on others. Your job is to let them know exactly how much rope you're giving them. We will discuss the 5 Levels of Delegation.

Level 5: Act independently
